Chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, and emotional dysregulation can disrupt the nervous system and diminish overall well-being. Through holistic, evidence-based somatic practices—including breathwork paired with multi-dimensional sound therapy—it’s possible to restore balance and return to a state of wholeness.

These clinically grounded, yet holistically rooted modalities engage the body's innate intelligence and use the breath as a regulatory tool to shift physiological states, support emotional processing, and cultivate embodied awareness. They guide individuals into a deeper felt experience of presence, clarity, and connection. When practiced consistently, these approaches become a powerful framework for long-term nervous system regulation and transformative healing.

  • Soma+IQ™ Breathwork - A gentle, structured breathwork practice that supports deep emotional processing and nervous system recalibration—guided by presence, not pressure.

  • 9D Breathwork - An immersive, headphone-based experience using multisensory audio and breathwork to release stored trauma, rewire limiting beliefs, and invite full-body restoration.

  • Clarity & Visualization Sessions - Guided, faith based meditation and intuitive insight to help you regulate, reconnect, and receive clarity in times of stress or uncertainty.

  • Integration & Post-Session Support - Real transformation happens in what comes after. I offer journaling prompts, embodiment tools, and optional integration sessions to anchor your healing into daily life. Rooted in Science, Guided by the Body

Happy Breathwork Session

I had my first 9d session with Elizabeth and it was wonderful. I had looked into it a little bit before hand but wasn’t sure what exactly to expect. Elizabeth welcomed me into her studio which is very calming and inviting ms we went over what I could expect and she answered all the questions I had. 

I have tried different meditations and breath work before but this was the first time I was really able to be present and turn my mind off. There was a feeling of relief and relaxation. 

After the session I felt very calm but also like I had a runners high.
